Weekly Roundup: Mark Griffin MSP and SCVO Awards

On Tuesday we were delighted to present Mark Griffin MSP with out Engaged level award. Mark Tweeted:

"I'm proud to recognise the work that carers do in a positive and supportive working environment. More employers need to do the same - and say when they do!"

Carer Positive is a Scottish Government initiative so we are always really pleased to see MSPs leading by example by becoming Carer Positive employers.

Today we handed out another award, this time to The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO). We are really thrilled with the work that SCVO have done to create a supportive environment for their staff and you can read more about it in this article on Third Force News.

This week we are also promoting Carer Scotland's State of Caring Survey 2019.
