Acacium Group become Carer Positive

We are delighted to officially recognise the healthcare organisation Acacium Group as a Carer Positive employer.

The organisation has a culture of health and wellbeing for all staff within the orgniastion, with a clear commintment to support for those with caring responsibilties. Acacium Group have a clear definition of a carer within the organisation, ensuring that carers within the organisation can access the support available to them to balance work with their responsibilities at home.

A comprehensive suite of policies and range of communication channels, all promoting engagement and support, are available to staff with caring responsibilities. Furthermore, carers within the organisation are also actively encouraged to identify themselves throughout the recruitment and induction stages, as well as through ongoing engagement.
