Santander recognised as an Exemplary Employer

We have been delighted to present Santander with an Exemplary Carer Positive award.

The organisation came to us through our collaborative work with Carers UK's Carer Confident employer benchmarking scheme, and the Exemplary level recognises the comprehensive support available for staff who are unpaid carers working in Santander's offices and branches throughout Scotland.

Meeting with Network Chairs C Spence and P Hedges at their office in Glasgow, we were impressed to hear about the full range of support and workplace initiatives available to carers, as well as for the wider staff teams.

Carers Scotland look forward to working with Santander in the future to help support and grow awareness of carers and caring across Scotland.
