Housing Options Scotland Recognised as a Carer Positive Employer

Last week we were delighted to recognise Housing Options Scotland as a Carer Positive employer.

It was clear from their application that the organisation operates a very supportive, open and flexible working culture, and this is reflected in the organisation's Ethos - which clearly communicates the importance of valuing staff and caring for their health and wellbeing.

They also submitted a personal statement from a member of staff who has caring responsibilities and it was lovely to read how they had been supported to balance their work and home lives.
