Grampain Employers Workshop 2021

This week we had our Employers Workshop with employers in the Grampian area. We had a selection of attendees from both new and existing Carer Positive organisations, including Aberdeenshire Council, NHS Grampian, Aberdeen City Council, Quarriers and Bon Accord Care.

Talking points included consulting carers when bringing in new ways of working and different strategies to connect with staff as a whole and establish yourself as understanding and sympathetic to carers’ needs.

A big thanks to everyone who came along, we hope you found it useful and has inspired you with new ideas on building workplace support for carers.
